At Scent Bros, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please review our policy below.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return period from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
- The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase/order confirmation must be provided
Please note that, due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened fragrance products unless they are faulty or damaged.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged or faulty item and packaging
Where appropriate, we will offer:
- A replacement item
- A full refund
- Store credit
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent incorrectly.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless:
- The item is faulty
- The item arrived damaged
- We sent the wrong item
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
