We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days.

During busy periods, launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We use trusted UK courier and postal services to deliver your order safely and efficiently.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.

UK Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.

Typical delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 working days
  • Express Shipping (if available): 1–2 working days

Tracking

Where tracking is included, you will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

Scent Bros cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Please note:

  • Parcels marked as delivered by the courier are considered successfully delivered
  • Courier delays are outside of our direct control

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged packaging and product

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

International Shipping

International shipping may become available in the future. Any customs fees, import taxes, or local charges would be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
